Communication in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology
My name is Brandon Newton and I am a majoring in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology. I was born and raised in Clemson, and have had orange blood since i was born. Communication in wildlife and fisheries biology is important. Working in the field you can encounter a number of different people with different educational backgrounds. Being able to communicate well and with a wide number of people will be very useful. You may also need to communicate with government officials about different problems in wildlife. If you cannot communicate in this field you will not get anything done. Most of the communication will probably be verbal, but I'm sure that papers and letters are used as well.

Brandon, what type of job would you like to or expect to have after you finish at Clemson?
ReplyDeleteAs of right now I would like to become a field biologist, tagging and tracking animals and/or fish. If I cannot do that I would like to become a park ranger.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever thought of working for The Department of Natural Resources?
